**CAUTION- WHEN YOU ARE MIXING THE HOT SAUCE WITH THE HOT CHICKEN THE STEAM WILL CAUSE YOUR EYES TO TEAR AND BURN FROM THE PEPPERS HEAT USE CAUTION!
HOT Buffalo Chicken Wing Recipe (caution this recipe is very hot and spicy)
4 pounds washed and separated chicken wings
2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 425 Fahrenheit
Dry chicken pieces thoroughly
Mix all seasoning ingredients together and coat chicken wings
Place chicken on a wire rack over a foil lined rimmed cookie sheet
Cook for 1 hour or until cooked through turning every 20 minutes
Buffalo Wing Sauce
4 Tablespoons butter
2/3 cup of hot sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoons of white vinegar
1 Tablespoon flour (optional)
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Add the hot sauce and white vinegar
cook stirring until simmering
Add the flour if you prefer and whisk
Remove from heat
**Cover the cooked chicken wings with the hot and serve!
