Duke-NUS: The TeamLEAD Journey

The TeamLEAD approach encourages critical thinking, through team-based learning. Others thought we were crazy to expect students to come prepared and participate in class. We proved them wrong. Dean Ranga Krishnan shares his insights on the history of this radical innovation.
