The Inventor Content Center contains nearly a million parts and covers 18 different international standards. Every Autodesk inventor installation provides these Content Center libraries full of parts like fasteners, tubing and beam shapes so that users like you do not have to recreate commonly used items to use in your assemblies.
Sometimes an organization’s hardware is similar, but slightly different than those in the built-in libraries. This is where editing comes in.
