From Season 3 Episode 6 of "Monk". Starting with the 6th episode, the USA and Universal logos were retired and replaced with the NBC Universal Television Studio logo. The Touchstone TV logo is also replaced with the 2004 version. This is the only episode that has the logos play out like this.
