How to fix Black Screen with Horizontal Dotted Lines Windows not booting

This video is about to resolve problem while windows installation. there is an error show when boot up with USB black dotted line screen show and window not boot up.
Don't worry! it's just bootable software issue. let's change bootable software and problem will be solve.
in this video first i chose Rufus to make USB bootable but unable to bootup windows but when i change bootable software with Power ISO it work perfectly. black screen with horizontal dotted lines
