"NARDIS" was first recorded by Cannonball Adderley in 1958 and has become a staple in the repertoire of jazz musicians around the world.  Miles Davis took credit for the composition, but it very well could have been composed by the great Bill Evans.

This tune is unusual as it features harmonic movement very unique not only for the time, but also for 2019.  I don't know too many other tunes quite like this one.  Because of this, it presents some interesting challenges for improvising.

I have broken it down into 7 levels (or 'layers' as a user has described ;).  Think of these layers as starting out with a very broad view of the harmony, eventually zooming in to a very micro level.

I hope this video helps you come up with creative ways to practice and make music!
