Prahok is a Khmer aka Cambodian ingredient that is made from fermented fish. This sauce is very popular in Cambodia used for many dishes such as steak, fish, or snacks like shown in this video. Only fruits that are delicious to dip with the prahok sauce are anything usually sour.

*palm sugar or regular sugar
*chili peppers
