In this video I'd like to show you how to turn on and off the ruler in Microsoft Word. And notice here we have a ruler here a horizontal ruler and we also have a vertical ruler over here. Now if I want to turn that off I just go to View and then notice Ruler has a check next to it I can uncheck that and now it's gone. Now there's another way I can do this as well if I go over to the right here this little button notice it says View Ruler when I hover over it. If I go ahead and click on that that will turn it on and if I click on it again it'll turn it off. OK so that's it. That's how you turn on or off the ruler in Microsoft Word. Thanks for watching.
