Eye motor abnormalities in Wernicke encephalopathy, case 2

This short video describes a patient with Wernicke Encephalopathy (WE). The focus in this presentation is the eye motor abnormalities. Recent publications suggest that horizontal bilateral pathological vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR) on video Head Impulse Test (vHIT) is a core feature of WE. Testing for this sign with vHIT may aid in the diagnosis of WE. The patient has given his written consent to publish these data.
