Shoutout Command for StreamElements (with game)

How to make a shoutout or !so command for twitch using StreamElements.

This command will mention the user, name their currently assigned stream category, and provide a link to their channel in chat.

for copy/pasta needs, here is the example message for this command:
Go show ${1} some love, they last played ${game ${1}} at Twitch: ${channel ${1}}
