South Indian Coconut Chutney:

Ingredients :

1 Cup = 250 ml

Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp - Oil
1/2 Cup - Channa Dal ( Soaked for 3-4 Hours and Wash Properly)
Sauté very well for 2-3 min in Low Flame
2-3 no - Green Chillies Chopped
2 inch - Ginger
1 no - Onion Sliced
Again Sauté for 3 - 4 min in Slow Flame  till onion Become Soft
And Switch Off the Flame and Let Cool Completely

Take a Mixer Jar add above mixture and
1 no - Fresh Coconut Chopped (Skin Remove then use )
Salt to taste
And Grind Properly and add
1 + 1/4 Cup - Water
And Grind like Coarse Paste keep a aside

Take Tadka Pan :
2 tbsp - Oil
2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
2 no - Dry Red Chillies Whole
7-8 no - Curry Leaves
Add in above Grinded Chutney and Mix Little and Serve
