Avocado Ice Cream Cake -
Avocado Ice Cream Cake - No Bake, No Mixer, No Blender Avocado Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
3 ripe avocados
3/4 cup crushed graham
600 ml Angel Kremdensada (condensed creamer)
PROCEDURES
1. Slice 1 avocado into cubes, set aside for topping, set aside.
2. Puree 2 avocados by scraping gently and smoothly using a scoop instead of using a blender, set aside.
3. Add 1/4 cup condensed creamer to moisten the crushed graham. Transfer to a 6 x 2 inch cake tin then press it to form a crust, keep aside.
4. In a bowl, add chilled condensed creamer (Kremdensada). Using a manual hand mixer, whisk the creamer for five minutes or until cream become stiff peaks. Pour avocado puree then combine well.
5. In a prepared cake tin, pour the mixture.
6. Top with avocado cubes
7. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
8. Serve and enjoy this ice cream cake dessert for the next day😊
