In this video, talk about my experiences with the Royal Air Force AST (Air Man Selection Test).
I try to cover some of the details of the test, all of the various individual tests and how they're structured. I also highlight where I went wrong so that you can learn from my pitfalls.
All in all, I had a good experience, but didn’t do very well in the test, I explore exactly where I went wrong so that you don’t make the same mistake I made.
I have labelled each stage of the test in order so that it's easy for you to follow and understand.
The order in which you particular real test might vary, however the contents are the same (the last time I took my test).
I hope I’ve communicated clearly, and i'd love any feedback you might have. I'd also love to hear your stories and what you might have been through.
