Inboard to Outboard Conversion

Quick 19.5ft inboard to outboard conversion video.  A bit of work involved but not impossible for a DIY and somewhat handy person.  There are a few things you should be aware of such as the weight of an outboard motor, the center weight shift, and how the boat will likely to behave with motor sticking out way at the back.  And the most important when it comes to strength and safety, it is better to over built then not enough and have something fails in the middle of the lake.
