THE PRESERVE - Elephant preserve in Texas Hill Country!

Fredericksburg, Texas in Texas Hill Country is the location for the Preserve, an elephant preserve that is a hands on elephant experience, meant to pull at its guests heart strings and teach the importance of protecting these incredible creatures. The elephant experience at the Preserve introduces guests to their beautiful elephants Tai, Becky, Kitty and Rosie.  Guests learn all about Asian elephants. We got to learn about the elephants foot car and help give them a bath.  There was plenty of time to love on these gentle giants and tons of photo opportunities.   At the preserve gift shop you could purchase elephant art, including elephant Christmas ornaments.  This is a must do in Texas Hill Country!

The elephant experience is 1.5 hours long and is $125 per person.  Elephant experience ends with some great photo opportunities and an elephant hug.
