How To Make Salami Rose Using A Glass. I use Italian salami in my video.

The technique of how to make a salami rose by using a shot glass is so easy! In the video, I use Italian salami but we can use any salami for this technique. The salami flower is so pretty and holds its shape very well. To make my salami rose in the video I used a shot glass of 1 1/2 inch diameter and salami slices 2 1/2 inch in diameter. We can make it out of pepperoni flowers as well. Salami flowers are great decor for the cheese platter, cold cuts platters, party food platters, charcuterie boards, and much more.
