My Saguaro seedlings turned 2 years old! | Let's re-pot this cutie and visit its siblings

This summer was another hot one in Phoenix, Arizona.  With practically no monsoon rains and a record breaking heat wave of 110+ degree highs 31 consecutive days in a row, Saguaro cactus were dying around town again.  It even made national news: https://www.nbcnews.com/science/envir...

The worst isn't even the high temperatures, it's the low temperatures remaining in the upper 80s and sometimes low 90s.  It's still odd when it's midnight and it's still above 100 degrees outside.  I know these 20-some odd Saguaro seedlings won't nearly make up for all the plants that died this year but at least it's something... and the fact that we'll have to wait beyond my lifetime for these babies to ever reach the level of maturity of those plants that died.  So everyone go and grow Saguaro, especially if you live in the Sonoran desert!
