Adding Vendors to To Transactions in QuickBooks Online (Part 6 Video 1) Small Biz Bookkeeping

It's really easy to add vendors in QuickBooks, but many people leave this field blank. Why is it important to add the vendor to each transaction? This allows you to run reports by vendor, showing each purchase made. If you don't fill in a vendor, you will not have access to this reporting capability. So take the time to add vendors! Once you add a vendor to a transaction, QuickBooks will remember it for next time, and in most cases auto fill the vendor for you.
