Introduction and Clock Build - Making an 8 Bit pipelined CPU - Part 1

This was my first video so be patient, I get better after the first few.

In this video I build the initial clock circuit. The 555 timer part of the circuit is heavily based on Julian Ilett's clock (555 Timer Clock Circuit for 8-bit Com... ) adapted to the component values I had available. I'd also recommend Ben Eaters CPU series (Astable 555 timer - 8-bit computer cl...), his explanation of the 555 timer based clock is outstanding.

I ended up re-recording the introduction, the build portion of the video is too long, hopefully I'll improve with practice.
