South Africa's economic hub, Gauteng is still without a government. For the second time, newly re-elected Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi was unable to announce his provincial cabinet.

Monday night's delays come as negotiations between the African National Congress and Democratic Alliance deadlocked.

This comes after the Democratic Alliance (DA) said it will not be part of this after it was offered only two positions in the executive.
