The secret to making the most delicious apple and cinnamon strudel. The correct thin dough is made with just three simple ingredients. An authentic Viennese apple strudel recipe. Very simple, fast, and delicious!

Ingredients:

Strudel dough:
Hot water - 70 ml
Vegetable oil - 70 ml
Flour - 230 g.

Filling:
Apples - 6 pcs.
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Sugar - 4 tablespoons
Cinnamon - 10 g.
Raisins, walnuts - optional
Butter - 100 g.
