Cafe Coffee Day Owner Faces Insolvency Proceedings as NCLT Accepts Plea | Business Plus News | News9

The NCLT Bengaluru bench accepts the plea for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against Coffee Day Global Ltd (CDGL). The plea, filed by a financial creditor, cites dues amounting to over ₹94 Cr.
During FY23, CDGL reported a total income of ₹920 Cr and incurred losses of approximately ₹68 Cr. Additionally, as of March 2020, CDGL had outstanding loans from 13 lenders, totaling ₹1,644 Cr.
