There wasn't a commentated Glitchless guide out there. I streamed this, thought I would upload it.
This is a very good category to run if you haven't run Portal before, it is easier than inbounds and will get you understanding basic ideas for the other categories.

I have realised that I missed out chamber 1, but its not much a problem, it's a simple chamber, just do the 'intended' route (but fast)
