INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE PIE CRUST YOU NEED
5 egg yolks
4 1/2 cups flour
1 cup soften butter
3/4 cup sugar
FOR THE PIE FILLING
2 cans 20oz crushed pineapple
2 cans 20oz pineapple chunks
5 cups whole milk
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 egg yolks
4tbsp custard powder OR cornstarch
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar.
