This is a case of deep cleaning on abrupt edge nail grooves (in both hallux) and feet with hyperhidrosis. This condition generates a very particular situation since excess hydration makes the work much more difficult given that there is a feeling of consistency similar to that of the rubber, with a lack of rigidity in the the skin and nail.
