Yau Ma Tei Fire Station turnout HP F302 & MP F431 for an AFA at a higher risk building. AFA's result in automatic dispatch for the HP, but at higher risk buildings or establishments, the MP will be (manually) mobilised too. You can hear the tone at 0:25
Alighting a passenger and collecting their fare apparently takes precedence over stopping in the yellow box in front of the fire station during a turnout. I have submitted a report of the taxi via relevant channels. Note the firefighter who stepped out of the station to show his disapproval with the taxi's behaviour.
Also seems if all the motorists had collectively decided to go blind and deaf on Waterloo Rd.
