How to test an O2 sensor with multimeter and flame

How to test an O2 or oxygen sensor with multi-meter and flame. This is an easy way to bench test an O2 or oxygen sensor. Normally the two white wires are for the heating circuit and should be around 10 Ohms.  The other two, usually black and grey are the ones that produce the voltage between 0 and 1 Volt when heat is applied.
