材料:

(煮兰花椰浆饭做法)

- [ ] 100毫升兰花汁(40朵蝶豆花 ,去蒂,洗净,加入120毫升清水,煮成兰花汁)
- [ ] 2.5杯香米/400克 香米(洗净,沥干)
- [ ] 300毫升清水
- [ ] 200毫升椰浆
- [ ] 1茶匙盐
- [ ] 100毫升兰花汁
- [ ] 2片香兰叶(打结)
- [ ] 1条香茅(拍扁)
- [ ] 1小块姜(拍扁)
**电饭煲里煮熟***


(素参巴辣椒/素万能参巴辣椒做法)
- [ ] 15条辣椒干 (剪段,泡浸热水至软)
- [ ] 4条大辣椒 (去籽,切段)
- [ ] 2条香茅 (切细)
- [ ] 小块姜(切片)
- [ ] 小块蓝姜 (切片)
- [ ] 小块黄姜(切片)
- [ ] 4粒石古仔
- [ ] 2大匙素巴拉盏粉
- [ ] 100毫升清水
*用搅拌机,搅拌均匀,备用*
*取15克罗望子,挤汁备用*
*锅里倒入适量油,倒入素参巴辣椒,加入50克椰糖,煮匀*
**煮至香味四溢,颜色变深后,开始调味,加入1汤匙蚝油,半茶匙盐和1茶匙香菇粉,最后加入罗望子汁,煮匀即可,整个过程,大约用了20分钟)

Vegan Butterfly Pea Flower Nasi Lemak

(For cooking butterfly pea flower nasi lemak)
* 100 ml butterfly pea flower juice (40 butterfly pea flowers, stems removed, washed, and boil with 120 ml of water to make butterfly pea flower juice)
* 2.5 cups fragrant rice (rinsed and drained)
* 300 ml water
* 200 ml coconut milk
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 100 ml butterfly pea flower juice
* 2 pandan leaves (knotted)
* 1 stalk lemongrass (lightly crushed)
* 1 small piece of ginger (lightly crushed)

*Cook in a rice cooker*


(For Vegan sambal Nasi Lemak)
* 15 dried chilies (cut into pieces, soak in hot water until soft)
* 4 large red chilies (seeded and cut into pieces)
* 2 stalks lemongrass (finely chopped)
* Small piece of ginger (sliced)
* Small piece of blue ginger /Galangal (sliced)
* Small piece of Turmeric (sliced)
* 4 candlenuts
* 2 tablespoons vegan belacan powder
* 100 ml water ***

**Blend everything in a blender and set aside.
*Take 15 grams of tamarind, squeeze out the juice and set aside. **In a pan, heat some oil, add the vegan sambal, and 50 grams of coconut sugar. Cook until fragrant. Cook until the mixture becomes aromatic and deep in color, then season with 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce, half a teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of mushroom powder. Finally, add the tamarind juice and cook until well combined. This entire process takes about 20 minutes.*


Main ingredients:
* Everbest Vegetarian Crispy Soya (for a better alternative to Indian papadum)
*Take out the Everbest Vegetarian Crispy Soya and cut it into small pieces (no need to thaw). Air fry for 2 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, stirring in the middle until it turns golden brown.*

*Take out the Hosyah Pure Plant-Based Fried Chicken Nuggets (no need to thaw). Air fry for 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, or until golden brown.*
