Turn an Old HP Z400 into Network Attached Storage (NAS) with FreeNAS

The HP Z400 Workstation, that I purchased on eBay for $60, gets turned into a 12TB NAS server.  The Z400 comes equipped with 12GB of RAM and a quad core Xeon.  All it needed was a new power supply to fit in our ATX case with 10 drive bays.
