It is possible to create a OBS lower third animation that is just as good if not better than what you see on television. This tutorial will explain how. Also, if you're having trouble with the lower third with  dockable control panel tool this tutorial achieves the same thing but on next level perspective.  This video will make you a black belt with OBS.
