Traditional Andhra snack. It is made with simple ingredients. Tastes good and these dumplings can be used to make curry as well.

Recipe - Challa punugulu

Ingredients
All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Salt & Water - as required
Baking Soda - 1/4 t spn
Oil - for deep fry
Preparation
Mix All Purpose Flour, Curd, Baking Soda, Salt, Water.
Batter consistency should be as shown in the video.
Heat Oil & Drop Small Amount Of The Batter.
Fry Until The Punugulu Turns To Golden Brown
Serve Hot With Chutney
