200 ml oil
½ tbsp salt with 2-3 tbsp water
18-20 Lotus seeds
1 medium size onion
½ tbsp turmeric powder with 2-3 tbsp water
500 gm buffalo meat
½ mace
7-8 black pepper
4-5 cloves
2 green cardamom
2 inch cinnamon stick
½ star
1 black cardamom
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 medium size onion
½ tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
salt to taste
½ cup curd
1½ cup water
2 tbsp coconut powder
½ tbsp chandan powder (optional)
2 tbsp kewra water

FOR PASTE :-

fried onion
¼ mace
¼ nutmeg
7-8 cashew
