Dessert Pavlova (meringue cake) is
Dessert Pavlova (meringue cake) is very tasty and not complicated at all.
It can be prepared as a cake, as well as individual cakes. You can use strawberries, raspberries, blueberries ... (any red fruit)
For four servings you will need:
For the meringue
3 large eggs
150 g caster sugar (i.e. 1 egg white for 50 g caster sugar)
For the tartare and the strawberry coulis
1 lemon
500g strawberries
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
For the whipped cream
30 cl of cold liquid cream
30g icing sugar
