Our free Fitness Friday video series focuses each week on one aspect of fitness designed to support people living with Parkinson’s. This series is designed to build on itself and is a great tool for people with Parkinson’s, but also for physical therapists looking for ways to properly support and engage clients living with Parkinson’s.  

Join Wendy Haggerty for a choreographed line dance workout. The steps are simple, accessible and most of all fun. There’s no experience necessary, just a desire to let loose and have fun. While dancing, you’ll be able to improve posture, enhance range of motion, strengthen muscles, foster brain-body coordination, increase balance and stability, gain aerobic benefits, and much more.
