Today i am here to share an amazing recipe of haleem/Daleem. How can you make professional haleem at home. Here are some easy steps that you can follow to get perfect taste.

STEP 1:
Wheat 1 cup
Rice 1/2 cup
Dal channa 1/2cup
Dal masoor 1/2cup
Dal mash 1/2 cup
Dal mong 1/2 cup
^Soak all these lentils for 8 hours or over night. Then add 1.5 liters water in it and let it boil for 2-3 hours on medium flame.
when its done let it cool for some time then mash wwll with the help of a masher or in a blender jug.

STEP 2:
Beef 1.5 kg (with bone)
boil it for 10 mins in a pressure cook, the separate bone from meat. set aside the broth. (you can skip this step if you are using bonless meat)

STEP 3:
fry 2 large onions in  1 cup ghee untill golden brown,

STEP 4:
Use the remaining ghee for making beef korma
In an other pot/pressure cooker add the remaining ghee+1/2 cup more.
Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp zeera powder
Add in boiled meat and cok for 2-3 mins until it changes it's color.
Add
red chilli flakes 1tbsp
red chilli powder 1tbsp
zeera powder 1tsp
coriander powder 1tsp
Turmeric (haldi) powder 1tsp
Salt 1tbsp or to taste
Yougurt 1/2 cup
Then add leftover meat broth or water 1 liter,
Cook for 20 mins until meat is fully tender.
Then take out the excessive oil in a bowl and mash the meat well.

STEP 5:
In a large pot add mashed lentils and beef. mix them well by adding in 1 liter water.
Also add the oil that we took out of the meat.
Keep stirring for 30 mins untill it's fully done.
Add in garam masala powder 1tbsp.
Ander serve with green chillies, ginger and fried onion.
