Drinking a glass of beetroot juice or carrot juice daily can prevent low blood pressure in women.  Drinking tender coconut juice daily helps in reducing low blood pressure. Lemon juice with a pinch of salt helps in low blood pressure. Medication like dhanwarntaram, pills, vayu gulika etc can be given to manage low blood pressure in women. Yoga, exercises and acupressure can help in managing low blood pressure.
