Sync Gmail Email Contacts Calendar with Outlook using Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook

You can set up Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook (GWSMO) for users in your organization so they can synchronize their email, calendar, and contact data between Google Workspace and Outlook.

This video is for paid Google Workspace Accounts with a company domain only.  The Google Workspace Sync Utility will not work with free Google Accounts.

We will go over where the download link is and install it on a Windows 10 computer.  Then this video shows how to open the "Setup a Google Workspace Sync User" from the Start Menu.  This is done once and Outlook will run the Sync Utility whenever it starts automatically.

Before you begin installation and setup, make sure you meet the system requirements.
