In this video, I take the UH-60L Helicopter out with the HH-60G looking skin to see how it handles and to see if I could use it to launch from base, pickup casualties in the field, transport them to a hospital or fixed-wing air-evacuation site at the airport and RTB...The GOLDEN HOUR - get the patient to qualified, advanced medical within the hour and you increase survival chances drastically. This is just raw flight footage and there are several bugs in the 1.0 release that are already reported to the developers...the Jet Engine Noise has a quick fix but I'm just waiting for the FM/EFM updates.
