the financial resources that are available with the business impact the use of information technology . The use of sophisticated Technology
involves hug cost. before introducing such big change in the use the retailer need to check out to whether it would be financial feasible for him to purchase such Technology.
2 scale and scope of operations :
the scale and the scope of operation also affect the use of information technology. are retailer operating at a local level may not need so much hi Technology as it was acquired by a retailer operation at the international level.
3 Available of Human Resource :
now human resource that are available with the retailer also affect the use of Information Technology. the use of Information Technology required qualified staff. if the retailer can be managed to appoint such stuff then there is no problem in the introducing the information technology.
4 Nature of business :
