Here's a simple Boxing Equipment DIY.

In this video, I show you how I  created a High-Quality Slip Bag using a few purchased items and a few things laying around the house. I followed with an excellent demonstration at the end of the video!

Total cost for the project: $5.78 from Walmart.
Materials List:
-Gravel, rock or Sand 2-8 lbs
-Screw Eyes - Weight capacity 30lbs
Carabiners 1-2
-Rope, String or Chain
Old socks 1 set
-Plastic Bag

Project time: 30- 45 minutes
