Feds adding to already extensive border surveillance in San Diego

Customs and Border Protection is expanding its surveillance capabilities along the southern border. The agency plans to acquire more than 250 new surveillance towers. KPBS border reporter Gustavo Solis spoke to privacy experts about this rapid expansion.
