ESO housing - award winning build in Pantherfang by @jlwest79

@jlwest based this huge build on a story, so I've kept my narration to an absolute minimum in order to allow you to discover the story for yourselves. If you want to visit the build in person, cut and paste the following script into the chat box ingame:
