آلبالوها را تمیز کنید وچوب وبرگ آن را جدا کنید،
آلبالو ها را کاملا تمیز بشویید،
و داخل قابلمه بریزید،
نمک،نبات وآب را اضافه کنید.
روی اجاق بگذارید.
وقتی آب جوش آمد ،کف روی آن را بردارید .حرارت را ملایم کنید .تا وقتی آب آلبالو ها به غلظت رسید ورنگ آلبالو ها تیره شد ،شعله را خاموش کنید وبگذارید تا خنک شود .ترشک ها را داخل ظرف مورد نظر بریزید وداخل یخچال قرار دهید. نوش جااااان.
