OpenFOAM fvSchemes explained in under 5 mins

All the main settings in the OpenFOAM fvSchemes file explained briefly, along with my personal rules of thumb for which settings to use. Don't take these rules of thumb as law - they're just what worked for me. YMMV. Main tip: if your sim crashes, it might be your fvSchemes.
