Hi guys! Ok, so assuming you've watched my 'hooded eyes do's and don't's' (Hooded Eyes Makeup - Do's and Don'ts!...) video, you may know that i don't recommend winged liner for hooded eyes, as i don't think it's particularly flattering. BUT! A lot of you were disappointed about that, so i've been mucking about trying to find a way for us hooded eyes peeps to wear a winged liner, and have it still look good. So here it is! 'How to do Winged Eyeliner for Hooded / Small or Puffy Eyes'
P.S; yes, this works well if you have small, or puffy eyes too. Same deal!
