How Magnetite Works
Magnetite creates an air cavity -- the essence of double glazing. Generally, a larger air cavity means better noise reduction. Magnetic panels provide an air tight seal, just like a fridge door. Magnetite also provides a thermal barrier with energy efficient frames and glazing panels. Using optical grade acrylic, the glazing is up to 6 times more thermally efficient than glass and up to 18 times stronger.
Window types
We have several models to choose from to suit your existing windows:
The Magnetite Classic -- fits almost any type of existing window. Simply lift the panel off to open the window for fresh air and ventilation. When the noise or temperature becomes too much, you can simply click the panel back on, for an air tight, magnetic seal.
Easyglide -- This is a convenient, easy way to open and close windows. Simply glide the panel open or close, without having to lift it on or off.
Slider - designed to fit sliding doors. Even the heaviest glazing can be moved with one hand, to give you easy access to the outdoors.
