Ingredients:
500g Australian lamb pieces, diced
2 cups rice
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 bay leaves
2 whole star anise
2 tbsp whole black pepper
1 tsp cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp fenugreek
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp ginger, crushed
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup tomato paste
1 cup yoghurt
1 cup fresh coriander
1 cup caramelized onion
½ cup slivered almonds
salt to taste
