L/S of lorry delivering prefabricated house (aka Prefab). M/S of man putting rollers into position. L/S of house being lifted from lorry. Various shots of men shifting house into position. C/U of two sections closing. C/U of man adjusting gutter. C/U of man placing felt between sections. L/S of men adjusting another section. C/U of man covering felt. C/U of man burnishing pipes. C/U of man fixing chimney to roof. M/S of finished house, a workman sweeping doorstep. According to narrator it only took 35 minutes to construct.
