Change Your Microsoft Edge File Download Options

When you download files from the internet using Microsoft Edge, they will automatically be placed in your Downloads folder under your user profile. If you want to change where files are downloaded to or be prompted each time (save as) so you can choose the download location, you can easily change these options in the Edge settings.
