1999 Honda Civic fan not working and how to fix

UPDATE- I no longer have this vehicle and eventually the head gasket blew so i sold the car. thank you!

Fan not turning on and overheating!? Here’s why.
#1 Fan switch
#2 Fuse relay
#3 one of the fans aren’t functional
#4 thermostat
#5 engine coolant temp sensor
We figured out it was because my low speed fan needed a tapping, for this make sure your ac is on minimum setting and then tap the fan with a tool that can reach. After doing this I haven’t had any issues with it not working again.
